 Perlick Corp., which has been in the refrigeration business for more than a century, has launched an innovative collection of undercounter products for luxury kitchens — indoor and outdoor. The latest generation in its Signature Series of undercounter refrigeration includes indoor and outdoor refrigerators, freezers, refrigerator drawers, beer tap systems and ice makers. All units feature an option to select blue or white interior LED lighting. With full-extension, smooth-glide shelves it makes it easy to load enough snacks and beverages to accommodate a big party. A highlight of the Signature Series is a 24-inch, dual-zone, wine reserve refrigerator. “This is the only unit on the market that is patented with dual-zone technology to keep wines at their perfect temperatures, and food and other refrigerated beverages at their perfect settings as well,” said Brian Madson, Perlick product manager.
