This week's recipe is courtesy of Wolf! It's a simple one but if you swap it out for store-bought microwaveable bagged popcorn it could be really helpful to your health. I love popcorn, even though I know it's not great for me! I will definitely be making the switch back to the way mom used to make it when I was a kid! 
Yield: Makes 4 cups
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation Method
  1. Mix the popcorn, oil and salt in a small bowl
  2. Fold a sheet of parchment paper to line the interior of a brown paper bag
  3. Pour the contents of the bowl into the bag and fold the edge of the bag closed.
  4. Place the bag into the oven, standing upright and centered on the turntable
  5. Select Popcorn mode, then Snack Bag
Note: This recipe was created with the intention of using a conventional speed oven.  Wolf's speed oven has the performance you expect from Wolf—only faster and smaller. It boasts the versatility of convection and broil capabilities combined with the power of a microwave in one, easy-to-use appliance. Available in 24” and 30” widths. You can also make this bag in a traditional microwave, you'll just have to play around with the timing.
