STEP 1: LET'S CHAT
(Complimentary)
Each kitchen design is as individual as the client. We take this time not only to get to know more about you and your project but for you to get to know us. This first step is crucial since we will be working closely to get the most out of your space and to make it an enjoyable experience.
Some of the topics we will be discussing in this initial meeting will be:
- Goals and Expectation
- Space Planning
- Desired Budget
- Design Wish List: Houzz, Pinterest, etc.
STEP 2: PRELIMINARY DESIGN REVIEW
(Fee-Based Service)
This is the step where we really go to work for you. We do more than just design a "suggested" kitchen with an estimated cost. We take exact measurements of your space so the designs we present to you are not only functional and maximize your space but the kitchen will actually work for you and your family. We will also give you an accurate price, not just "an estimate" so you know exactly what you are getting.

What you can expect from us:
- We will take complete and accurate measurements of our kitchen
- Collaborate for a functional & fabulous new space
- Present thorough thought-out designs for your space and an actual quote, not just an estimate
- Show door styles and colour samples
- We will also provide you with a top view layout of your new kitchen
STEP 3: RETAIN DESIGNER or PURCHASE DESIGN / CABINETRY
We work through your entire space in Step 2 that way when we present your Kitchen design in the second meeting we know we are presenting you the best available options for your space. At this point, clients are typically ready to purchase their kitchen cabinetry. The next step would be a 50% deposit and then you will not pay the second half until 4 days prior to your cabinets being delivered into your home.
However, if you are not ready to purchase your cabinets at that time, you can retain us to further explore the design or to show it to your family and friends for their seal of approval. With this retainer we will also prepare and provide you with the design perspectives for you to peruse at your leisure.

"Enjoyed working on my new office project with Tereza and Leigh Ann! Their vision, suggestions, choice of colours and layout were more than what I was expecting when we first sat down. I highly recommend to invite them to discuss your ideas with them and see how they can turn it into something amazing that you will really love. When guests stop by my office, they always ask who designed the desk and credenza. Top shelf ladies and look forward to future projects with you. "
